Fishers Art Center’s galleries connect the community with artwork of local, regional, and national artists. Rotating, contemporary exhibitions fill the gallery spaces and are always free and open to the public.
There are plenty of opportunities to have your work featured at the Art Center. Artists wishing to apply for an exhibition may submit no more than 10 images in jpeg format, a current CV, a website URL, and a project statement. Please keep images under 1MB each. Proposals are reviewed year-round, but please allow up to one year for review.

Rewilding: Contemporary Art and the Natural World
The Fishers Art Center is calling for entries for artists in any medium 18 or older living in the United States for a “Rewilding: Contemporary Art and the Natural World” – A national juried exhibition focusing on new and innovative artwork made about the natural world. Cash awards total $750.00. This show accepts up to six entries per artist or artist team – entry fee for minimum 2 images is $35 with $5 for each additional entry up to 6 images.
All artworks which connect to the natural world in some way, through media, concept, or theme will be considered for inclusion. Jurors will approach the concept of the “Natural World” with an encompassing definition including traditional techniques and contemporary methods of making. The exhibition aims to offer a range in perspectives as it comes to the natural world’s influence on contemporary art.

Opening Reception: Friday, 01.08.26, 6 – 8 PM
